Refunds & Returns

Due to the intimate nature of the product line, returning a product is not possible.
However, in the event you receive a defective product, you may exchange the defective product within 60 days of your invoice date to receive a duplicate item. Sorry, no merchandise credit can be issued.
After the 60 days each manufacturer has their own warranty. Some are 1 year and some are 5 years. Contact me for manufacturer info.
